The Requalification for the Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) ensures participants maintain the vital life-saving skills and competencies required of a first responder. Tailored for those with existing Level 3 FREC certification, this condensed three-day program refreshes and updates key knowledge areas while providing hands-on practice to meet current standards.
Participants will reaffirm their understanding of medical and trauma management, environmental emergencies, and other essential skills as outlined in the PHEM Level D framework. This requalification supports ongoing preparedness for emergency scenarios, exceeding Health and Safety Executive (HSE) first aid requirements.
Participants must provide proof of a valid in-date Level 3 FREC certificate, which will be verified by the instructor prior to or on day of the course.
